The size of your enemies do not matter

The scripture is a clear revelation of God regarding size. The Lord shows us clearly, from His word, that as far as He is concerned, your background, size or location does not matter.

Micah 5:2 “But you, Bethlehem Ephratah, though you be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall he come forth to me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.”

God promised the people of Bethlehem that the ruler of the world will be born in their city. Jesus was the fulfilment of this prophecy from the Lord through Micah. Bethlehem was small in size and also in population. It was so tiny that no one expected any good thing to come out of it. But the prophecy of the Lord had to be fulfilled; Jesus had to be born in Bethlehem or nowhere else. Do not measure yourself using the standards of this world. You may not have all it takes to measure up to those in the world, but if God is on your side, you shall defeat them even though you are considered small. David was not a warrior, he was not a ruler, but he defeated Goliath because God was fighting for him. Davis knew that the battle was not about the size of his enemies but it was about the power of His God. You shall reach your full potential this season.

Father; I know that with you nothing shall be impossible. I am designed to flourish despite the challenges in this world. I am the David of my city. The power within me and around me is greater than the power of he that is in the world. I am a giant slayer today in Jesus name. Amen.

May you have a Merry Christmas 2017.

With love,
