Time does not change the plan of God concerning you

There is a popular saying that time heals all wounds. I beg to differ because I have met people who have lived their entire life bitter about something evil that happened to them while they were kids.

Jeremiah 32:37-38 “Behold, I will gather them out of all countries where I have driven them in My anger, in My fury, and in great wrath; I will bring them back to this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely. They shall be My people, and I will be their God;

I have studied the word of God for many years now and still find it fascinating to read that we are the chosen people of God. The Father had a reason for keeping you alive and has promised in his word that you shall be restored.

The children of Israel lost everything and fought against many nations. The Lord promised them that He will return them to Jerusalem where they will live in safety. We are engrafted into this promise. The promise of God in your life shall come to pass. You are not here by accident. You shall dream again and do great things again. The fact that time has passed does not annul the promises of God. Your life is a testimony and you should show forth the glory of the Lord who has called you from darkness into His marvellous light.

Confession

Lord, thank you for saving me from the mouth of the lions and tigers. I have been set free to praise you forever in Jesus’s name.
