Walking with God in the storm

Most believers are going through a storm in one way or the other. As a matter of fact, the moment you receive Christ as your Lord and saviour, the enemy sends missiles towards you.
There are different kinds of storms. You may be going through a career storm, a marital storm, a health storm or an educational storm. These storms sometimes attack you violently or they are sometimes subtle.
What do you do when faced with a storm? The first thing that you must do is to focus on the one who has the power to calm the storm. May I suggest to you today that the enemy doesn’t send storms in your life to destroy you. He sends the storms in your life to distract you. As long as he can get you to become too distracted to pray or too busy to worship God; the enemy knows that he can easily steal from you and destroy everything around you.

1 Peter 5:8 “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

In this season of fruitfulness, we will study, from the scriptures, how to stay fruitful in the midst of a storm. You have been assigned to that job or that family for a reason. God placed you there to answer the cry of someone in that company. You are not there to clock in and clock out. You are there to make an impact and to change your world.
Life does not rotate around money and material things only. Life rotates and revolves around the maker of Heaven and earth. You don’t need to run to people when you face diverse trials and temptation.

James 1:2-3 “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.”

You need to rejoice and go to God to show you the way out. He makes a way when people say there is no way. He is able a make a door appear on a brick wall.

Join me in this prayer of fruitfulness.

Pray aloud:

Father, you are a way maker and an impossibility specialist. Where men say there is no way, you create a way. I see a way being created for me right now. I calm the storms in my life right now. I decree and I declare that my tomorrow will be much better than my today in the mighty name of Jesus; Amen.

If you have prayed this prayer, write to us and we will pray for you and send you materials that will bless you.

Remain fruitful!
