While others are toiling, you shall be reaping

In the world system, everyone is trying to be the boss. The boss is the one with the nice car, huge salary and a parking space. In the Kingdom of God, it is not so. In God’s kingdom, even the toilet cleaner can own a jet – @PastorRan.

Raised in a little town called Limbe, in Cameroon my parents thought it necessary that we were thought how to plant seeds in our garden and reap a harvest. I was not an expert in farming or gardening but I quickly realised that there were cycles in which certain crops could be planted. There was a season for planting maize, another season for planting peanuts and other crops. I also noted with great amazement that before we sowed seeds, my parents insist that we first ploughed the land. After ploughing the land and making it ready for sowing, we sowed seed, then we pruned and cleaned the area around the crops and then came harvest time. These were exactly four cycles; 1st ploughing, 2nd planting, 3rd pruning and 4th harvesting. Jesus spoke of these 4 cycles in.

John 4;34  “Say not there are four months (cycles) then comes the harvest… look on the fields, they are already white unto harvest.”

Prophet Amos said that the ploughman shall overtake the reaper. What does this mean? You may ask. This means that there will be such an abundance of harvest that while others shall be ploughing and preparing ground for sowing; you shall still be harvesting the increase of your crops. This is a supernatural harvest by the Holy Spirit.

Amos 9:13 “Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the ploughman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.”

You do not need to join all those who are moaning and complaining over their situation. They are still ploughing their land. You shall be harvesting this season. Those who gossip or speak negative things about you are ploughmen and women; you are the reaper.

Join me in this prayer right now. Claim every word in it as yours and receive it now.

Pray aloud:

Father, I thank you because the days have come for me to start harvesting the fruits. The time for ploughing is over, the time for toiling is over; I have journeyed into a time of harvesting. In this season I shall not be distracted; the harvest is ripe this year, in Jesus’ name; Amen.

If you have prayed this prayer, write to us and we will pray for you and send you materials that will bless you.

Let the Holy Spirit take control of your life.
